I loved how my coach held me accountable and met me where I was with zero judgement and with a heavy dose of confidence boosting each time we met. Her words rang through and true even after the program and at moments I felt stuck. These days I read my journal and I’m proud. I’m actually proud

Busola Ladeloye Analyst

I liked the practical approach in the sessions as it helped me remember that if Jane could do it, then I could as well. I liked how the solution-based approach helped me think, and this is something I am now addicted to - how to work around problems till I find possible solutions
