1. Acceptance of Terms

This website is owned and operated by PK Hadassah Consulting (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

By accessing the website, purchasing digital products, enrolling in courses, or participating in recruitment/internship programs provided by PK Hadassah Consulting (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our services immediately.

2. Services and Digital Products

It is the policy of PK Hadassah Consulting to:

Nature of Services: We provide tech consulting, virtual coaching, training programs, and digital products (collectively, “Services”).
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or product at any time without prior notice.
Digital Delivery: All courses and digital products are delivered virtually. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary hardware and internet connection to access them.

3. Payments and Refunds

It is the policy of PK Hadassah Consulting to:

Pricing: All prices are as listed on our platform, and only superseded by the numbers in the invoice(s) sent directly to you based on negotiations and agreement. We reserve the right to change the website prices at any time. Prices on invoices are valid for up to 3 months, barring a significant change in the cost of execution, in which case the reason and justification for the pricing will be communicated, and a new pricing agreement struck.
Currency: Payments are processed in NGN (for entities in Nigeria) and GBP/USD (for entities outside Nigeria). You are responsible for any foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.
Refund Policy:
Digital Products/Courses: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access is granted, unless otherwise stated in a specific program’s guarantee.
Consulting/Coaching: Refunds for service-based engagements are governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed at the start of the project.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, including course materials, videos, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of PKH Consulting or its licensors.
Limited License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibitions: You may not record, screen-share, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written consent, and then only to the extent and for the purposes of the written consent.

5. Recruitment and Internship Programs

No Guarantee of Employment: Participation in our training or internship programs does not guarantee employment with PKH Consulting or our partners.
Talent Placement: If you opt-in to our talent pool, you acknowledge that we act as a facilitator. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions, contract terms, or workplace conditions of third-party partner companies.
Minors (16-17): Applicants aged 16 or 17 must provide verifiable parental or guardian consent to participate in any of our internship programs.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities.
Attempt to bypass any security measures or “scrape” data from our platform.
Share your account credentials or access tokens with third parties. This includes unauthorised tools and AI.
Post defamatory, abusive, or offensive content in our community forums or coaching sessions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PK Hadassah Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service in question.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for excellence, we do not warrant that the results of coaching or training will meet your specific expectations or result in specific financial or career outcomes.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data and the data of minors. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, under the Arbitration and Mediation Act.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services immediately, without notice, if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions.
