This website is owned and operated by PK Hadassah Consulting (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
By purchasing any service or product on this Website, you indicate your acceptance and agreement with the following information:
Client Services
Refund Policy for all one-on-one clients is as stipulated in our client contract. It is 70% non-refundable particularly due to the digital nature of tools and software we purchase for your work, as well as all the time vested in the project already. This percentage is calculated against the total amount billed.
Educational Products
For online courses, programs, workshops, trainings and digital resources, all sales are final and PK Hadassah Consulting maintains a strict No Refund policy, except in instances where we state otherwise. This policy is due to the digital nature of our products. As there is no way to redeem or retract our intellectual property from your brain, payment made for educational products is non-refundable.
Cancellations
You reserve the right to cancel your enrollment or subscription to any of our courses, programs, workshops, trainings, resources, communities etc. That is fully your right. However, this does not entitle you to a refund, as you remain financially responsible for complete payment for the product.
Physical Products
Physical products are sold with their own terms and conditions and are generally only refundable when explicitly stated. The terms and conditions of returning and processing refunds on a physical product is applicable to the products of that class unless otherwise stated.
Payment Default
Sometimes, we offer payment plans to make it easier for our clients to afford our products. Should you default on your payment, we will contact you and send reminders about the payment. If all this proves abortive, we reserve the right to unenroll you from the product 14 days past the due date, and no refund will be issued, as stated in this policy. In a case where you abscond and we unenroll you due to a payment default, we also reserve the right to refuse to work with you in the future, as you’ve breached trust.
